This policy describes what Masi Enterprises LLC d/b/a Enthos AI ("Enthos AI", "we") collects through this website (enthos.ai) and how we use it.
1. What we collect
- Waitlist: the email address you submit. Nothing else.
- Enthos account: your email address, authentication provider, provider identifier, and the basic profile information returned by Google if you choose Google sign-in (such as name and profile image).
- Authentication: Supabase stores the session and authentication records needed to create, secure, and restore your account.
- Contact form: the details you choose to send us (such as name, email, company, and your message). If you provide a phone number, we may send you a single SMS confirmation.
- Analytics: only if you accept the cookie banner, we collect anonymous usage analytics through PostHog. If you decline, analytics stays off.
2. How we use it
- To respond to you and to notify you about Enthos access.
- To create, authenticate, secure, and support your Enthos account.
- To understand how the Site is used (analytics, only with your consent).
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.
3. Where it lives
Waitlist, contact, account, and authentication data are stored with Supabase (hosted in the United States). If you choose Google sign-in, Google processes the sign-in request. Enthos requests only identity scopes (openid, email, and profile); it does not request access to Gmail, Drive, or other Google services. Analytics data, if you opt in, is processed by PostHog (United States).
4. How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, close your account, or it is no longer needed for the purposes above.
5. Your choices
Email gino@enthos.ai to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. Declining the cookie banner keeps analytics off.
6. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date.
